Sa Piling Mo Marathon

Sa Piling Mo, the teleserye of the box-office tandem of Piolo Pascual and Judy Ann Santos had a no-commercial-break marathon last night over at ABS-CBN. The re-aring of the first few episodes of the show was made possible by Globe Telecom.

I am never into teleseryes, but since my wife and my mom (and to a lesser extent, my sister) love to watch these kinds of show, I also get hooked in the process. The story of Sa Piling Mo is simple. It was only through the marathon showing last night that I got to see the beginning of the said show. It is a typical ABS-CBN soap in the tradition of Mara Clara and Mula sa Puso. I cannot say that it is the best show in local TVLandia these days, but compared to the never-ending fantaseryes dished out by GMA7, Sa Piling Mo is way better and worth watching.
