Program and Activities
Monthly Fund Raising and Other Activities
It is the main objective of the overall committee to generate funds to cover all expenses before, during and after the grand reunion activities. It is also the committee's objectives to come up with the money without asking the batch mates for any joining fees during the start of the grand reunion activities. This will eliminate one of the bigger factors why a batch mate will not join the grand reunion activities. By ensuring that all expenses are covered even before the start of the grand reunion activities and eliminating the need to pay a joining fee, it is hoped that more batch mates will actually take part in the activities slated for the grand reunion.
Since the generation of needed funds will never come from the pockets of batch mates in the form of joining fees, the overall committee agreed to come up with monthly fund raising activities. It is at this juncture that we ask any manpower resources to support the working committees to also make the fund raising activities successful. Afterall, if the fund raising activities succeed, eventually, the grand reunion will also succeed!
The overall committee has also enumerated a timeline for all the necessary steps to be undertaken and completed before the grand reunion to ensure smooth and successful handling of the event. The specific activities for time-lining purposes are also include below.
January 2006
Solicitation Drive I - The focus of this fund drive will be those batch mates who are already successful in life and are very able and willing to share their blessings for the success of the grand reunion.
Information Drive - Please tell us your new contact information so that we can update the database of your whereabouts. If you also happen to know any contact information about a batch mate, please feel free to contact us. This activity is in effect whole year round until the start of the grand reunion activities.
February 2006
Movie Premiere Hosting - The movie premiere shall be held at the Island City Mall Screenville Theatre.
March 2006
Solicitation Drive II - The focus of this fund drive will be politicians of the province--the governor and his slate, the congressmen, and the mayors and his slate is necessary.
April 2006
Movie Premiere Hosting - The movie premiere shall be held at the Bohol Quality Cinemaleisure Theatre.
May 2006
Fiesta Band Fest - A band either from Cebu or Manila will be invited to perform in Tagbilaran City for a fee just in time for the Fiesta Celebration.
June 2006
Back-to-School Band Jam - A band either from Cebu or Manila will be invited to perform in Tagbilaran City for a fee just in time for opening of the school year.
Raffle Promo Launching - A 99-cent per stub raffle promo will be launched. The market for this raffle promotions are students from various institutions of the city.
July 2006
Cesar Montano Movie Greats - A hosting of an exclusive movie treats featuring Cesar Montano films just in time for the Tigum Bol-anon Tibuok Kalibutan event.
August 2006
Solicitation Drive III - The focus of this fund drive will be the businesses of the province.
September 2006
Inter-School Competition - The hosting an inter-school brainblitz competition and debate will generate income through sponsorships and tickets sold for the said event.
Raffle Draw - The draw of the raffle promo shall be held during one of the activities in the inter-school competition.
October 2006
Movie Premiere Hosting - The movie premiere shall be held at the Island City Mall Screenville Theatre.
Solicitation Drive IV - The focus of this fund drive will be anyone missed during solicitation drive I, II and III.
November 2006
Finalization of Plans - By this time, the plans for the grand reunion activities shall have been finalized. Committees shall be created to cater to the specific needs before, during and after the grand reunion activities.
Money In - All dues shall have been collected during this time. Budgets and expense projections is completed at this moment.
Completion of Materials - All the needed materials including invitations, commemorative books, souvenir kits and items for the grand reunion activities must be completed at this time or early December.

Grand Reunion Activities - After almost a year of preparation, this is now the time to just savor all the hardships and re-connect old friends and batch mates. Enjoy!
Grand Reunion Activities
The grand reunion is aimed to reconnect and re-establish ties among batch mates in order to build solidarity and friendship. Since the event is celebrated once every decade, the grand reunion is special and important. We encourage all batch mates to come and be part of the celebration!
