Working Committees
Overall Committee
The overall committee (or EXECOM) is the overall coordinator of the grand reunion activities. The committee is tasked to plan and develop the activities before, during and after the grand reunion, and shall oversee all the working committees created before, during and after the grand reunion.

Information and Invitation Committee
The information and invitation committee is responsible in updating the list of batch mates to make it current. The committee shall find ways to contact everyone so that its contact information becomes up-to-date. It shall also be responsible in the invitation of all the batch mates, using the updated contact information for the grand reunion activities. It is with the hope that the most number of batch mates will participate in the grand reunion activities.

Solicitation and Fund Raising Committee
The solicitation and fund raising committee is responsible in finding ways and means to generate the needed funds to be used in the grand reunion. Identification of prospects, creation of solicitation and sponsorship letters, distribution of the letters to recipients, and collection of sponsorships and solicitations are some of the responsibilities of the committee.

Publicity and Communications Committee
The publicity and communications committee is responsible for all press relations and tri-media communications activities with the general aim to fully promote and made aware to everyone the grand reunion activities. Part of the committee's responsibilities include the development of the website, teasers, news items, press updates; spread of information through various communications medium; and the organization of the commemorative book of the grand reunion.

Treasury and Budget Committee
The treasury and budget committee is responsible for all the collection of dues from pledges and sponsors, handling of money from all fund raising activities, disbursements for all expenses, creation of budgets and making sure the budget is fully realized and the audit and liquidation after the grand reunion activities have been completed.

Program Committee
The program committee is responsible for coming up with the general program for the grand reunion activities, as well as the programs during the fund raising activities.

It must be noted that the committees created above are not in any way complete. Other committees will be created when needed at any point in time before the grand reunion activities.
