Surprise Gifts for the Teens

During snack time, Big Brother surprised the teen housemates with fabulous rewards. "Housemates, binabati ko kayo sa magandang kinalabasan ng inyong SMART Bro wireless broadband music video. Pumunta kayo ng storage room at isuot ang bandana....blue sa boys...at white sa girls. Naghihintay ang surprise reward ninyo sa storage room.", Big Brother announced.

When the housemates entered the confession room right after getting their blue and white SMART Bro bandanas and wearing them afterwards, they all elicited shouts of joy when they saw former housemates Aldred and Mikki's faces displayed on the laptop's screen. Aldred and Mikki immediately smiled when they saw their former housemates. Bam even shouted, "Ang gwapo mo bunso!" out of sheer delight. The teen housemates could no longer hide how much they missed each other and started talking all at once.

The remaining 11 housemates were able to talk to Aldred and Mikki through the technology of SMART BRO Wireless Broadband. According to the SMART website, "this is made possible through a "wireless" connection that is established from a wireless broadband radio base station at the nearest Smart cell site to the subscriber's home via a Smart Bro antenna. Cables connect the antenna to the subscriber's PC."

The teen housemates were so happy to see Aldred and Mikki and were obviously happy with the SMART BRO Wireless Broadband that Olyn even remarked, "Ang ganda ng SMART, malinaw!"

Aside from allowing the housemates the privilege of communicating with Aldred and Mikki, Big Brother also gave them Airwalk Shoes as a reward for doing well in the Dance Marathon task yesterday. The teen housemates hurried to the storage room to get their new Airwalk shoes and thanked Big Brother for their new shoes.

Big Brother's capped his shower of surprises by rewarding Matt and Kim, winners of last night's newspaper dance, with the privilege of listening to I-pods for 1 hour. The two were the envy of the teen housemates who obviously wanted to listen to music but could not do so as the two were forbidden to share their I-pods with their fellow housemates.
