Reservations
We recommend reservations for treatment appointments be made one to two days in advance. Our phone reservation line [PLDT: (+6338) 411-3140, GLOBE: (+6338) 501 - 8221 and MOBILE: (+63921) 289 - 0165] is open every day during spa hours (1 PM to 11 PM daily).
Cancellations
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact reservations [PLDT: (+6338) 411-3140, GLOBE: (+6338) 501 - 8221 and MOBILE: (+63921) 289 - 0165] at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time.
Check-in
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check-in. Appointments cannot be guaranteed if you do not check in at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service.
What to wear at Le Spa Massage?
You may dress in whatever you feel comfortable. Your clothes should follow decency and moral standards.
Can we talk?
It's up to you. It's okay to talk, and most guests find that their silence enhances their tranquility. But whether you feel quiet or chatty, your therapist needs a little feedback from you about the pressure level or areas of special needs.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the price of our services unless otherwise stated. However, gratuities are appreciated at 15-20%.
