The requirements for overseas employment varies from job to job and employer to employer. However, the following are the most common requirements that you must prepare when availing the services of JobMatch.
Requirements for Screening, Evaluation and Verification
NOTE: JobMatch only requires photocopies of original documents.
- Comprehensive Resume
must contain the following in the most detailed version: Employment History and Tasks, Educational Background, Trainings, Conferences and Seminars Attended
- College Diploma
must conform with CHED, TESDA and PAASCU regulations, accreditations and standards
- Transcript of Record
it is ideal to also ask from your school the detailed description of the subjects and prospectus of your course
- PRC Board Certificate and Rating
exclusive for professionals that have passed and acquired the ratings from PRC
- Certificate of Employment
must be written in a company stationery with letterhead detailing the inclusive dates of employment and tasks done during the said employment; must also contain contact information for verification purposes
- Certificate of Participation in Trainings, Conferences and Seminars
must be written in a company stationery with letterhead of the training-, conference-, or seminar-provider detailing the inclusive dates of training, conference and seminar, and specific information and activities conducted during the said events; must also contain contact information for verification purposes
- Portfolio of Works
optional but important, as this is a way to showcase your past works that will definitely prove useful for employers in selecting you for the job; can include pictures, essays, presentations and others
- Pictures
2pcs. 2x2 colored picture and 1pc. whole body picture
Requirements for Preparation and Resume Posting to the JobMatch Site
NOTE: JobMatch only requires photocopies of original documents.
- NBI Clearance
must specify that you are fit to work abroad
- NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate (if any)
must be in an NSO-prescribed paper
- Passport
must be in the prescribed form issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs
